Prohibited Behaviors

Actions that may result in account suspension or termination

Harassment or Discrimination

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics

Consequence: Immediate account suspension

Soliciting External Business

Attempting to move mentoring relationships off-platform or soliciting direct business relationships

Consequence: Account termination

Sharing Confidential Information

Disclosing mentee personal information, business ideas, or session content to third parties

Consequence: Account termination and legal action

Providing False Information

Misrepresenting qualifications, experience, or credentials in your profile or during sessions

Consequence: Account suspension or termination

No-Shows Without Notice

Repeatedly missing scheduled sessions without providing advance notice

Consequence: Account warning or suspension

Requesting Personal Information

Asking for unnecessary personal information or contact details outside the platform
